What Is Meltblown Fabric?
Meltblown’s cloths raw material is mainly polypropylene, it has many voids, fluffy structure, and good wrinkle resistance. The unique capillary structure of microfiber increases the number of fibers per unit area, and surface area so that the meltblown cloth has good filtration, shielding, heat insulation, and oil absorption.
Color: white, grey
Advantages of Meltblown
– high velocity air attenuates extruded fibers
– fine fibers provide exceptionally high retention surface area
